Project Description
SER-Jobs for Progress National, Inc., is formally requesting quotes for identification, education, and recommendations on current and emerging grant opportunities.
Selected vendor will provide monthly (or more frequent if necessary) reports to SER with the above information.聽 Particular emphasis will be placed on information pertaining to the area of the Older American Worker programs, as well as developments in the WIOA, Older American Act, Early Head Start, Job Corp, and SCSEP. This assistance will include an overall report/presentation to SER and our affiliates during our Annual meeting.
Project Specifications
The contract negotiated as a result of this solicitation may commence January 16, 2017 and end June 2017.聽 Vendor must be prepared to begin after notification of award date of contract. SER-Jobs for Progress National Inc., is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization and is totally funded under grant monies.聽 抖阴传媒 may cancel the contract at any time and for any reason with a 30-day notice.

Mary Chavez had the good fortune to be born into one of the oldest and best-known families in Santa Fe.
She鈥檚 the 16th generation of her clan to live in New Mexico. Among her five siblings are at least two others well-known in the community: Fabian Chavez III was the longtime head of the city鈥檚 Parks Division and Joey Chavez, an actor and playwright, is the chairman of the drama department at the New Mexico School for the Arts.
Mary Chavez, like her brothers and sister, was raised to serve the city of her birth. The senior vice president and manager at First National Santa Fe Bank on the Plaza, she has spent decades as a member of various nonprofit boards, helping them to raise money for programs and secure capital outlay funds from the state Legislature.

Latina Equal Pay Day 鈥 the day when Latina pay catches up to that of White, non-Hispanic men from the previous year 鈥 is being observed on November 1, 2016. More than 50 years after the passage of the Equal Pay Act of 1963, Latinas typically earn only 54 cents for every dollar earned by White, non-Hispanic men and must work nearly 23 months to earn what white men earn in 12 months. Indeed, given that this is the last 鈥淓qual Pay Day鈥 observance of the year, Latinas must typically work longer than 鈥 everyone. This disparity hurts not only Latinas, but also the families and communities they support. In 2016, this is unacceptable.
